- APi National Service Group’s representatives support our National Account clients 24/7 with a toll free number for service anywhere in the United States or Canada. Our customer representatives dispatch the service calls to the appropriate APi Fire Protection branch office or affiliate for immediate service and follow up.
- Dedicated Client Account Team:
- A dedicated account representative and administrator are assigned to your account for all day-to-day support and servicing of your accounts needs.
- Coordinated/Consistent Level of Service for all Properties:
- Assurance that their facilities' fire suppression and life safety systems are regularly tested, inspected, and serviced to achieve optimal performance and insurance savings.
- Centralized Accounting:
- All client invoices are generated from APi NSG and all payments are remitted to APi NSG.
- Customized Services:
- Many clients require customized service. Your APi National Service Group account team will work with you to ensure our services meet your specific needs.
- Training:
- Upon request, APi National Service Group coordinates both formal and informal training for our National Account clients on the operation and maintenance of their fire protection and life safety systems as well as code required testing/inspection requirements to enhance our client’s education, understanding and management of fire and life safety-related equipment. APi NSG can also assist our clients in developing a regular preventative maintenance program.
